Notice is hereby given that the General Body Meeting of the A.G.s Office Co-Operative Housing Society Limited will be held on 21-03-2013 at 5.30 P.M. in the Open Air Auditorium of AG’s Office.

The Managing Committee is happy to inform the allottees of the A, B, C, D, H, J & K Blocks that the construction work of XIV Venture floated at Attapur is moving at a faster phase, necessitating timely mobilization of funds to complete the project as per schedule i.e., by December 2013. In respect of members who are availing Bank loans, the schedule of payment has been finalized in consultation with the bank authorities as shown below:-
1. Footings - 40 %( including land cost)
2. Cellar/Stilt Slab - 10%
3. Floor/Roof Slab - 20%
4. Brick work/plastering - 15%
5. Flooring & Fittings - 10%
6. Final Finishing - 5%
Accordingly funds are released by the Bank from time to time as per the progress of the work. Similarly members who have opted for Self-Finance shall also strictly adhere to the above schedule, so as to enable the Society to complete the Project on time. All six slabs, brick work and plastering is scheduled to be completed before July 2013. In view of the above, members who have opted for Self-Finance are required to remit their dues on par with the bank releases.

The Managing Committee is happy to inform the members that the Buildings Committee of GHMC has approved our plans in respect of 14th Venture of our Society floated at Attapur. Meanwhile work has been commenced on the site. The Society has also held discussion with the Bankers for processing of loans. As part of this effort, a meeting of the Members and Bankers (SBH) is arranged on 18-04-2012 at 6.00 pm in the Office at the Open air auditorium. Members are therefore requested to make it convenient to attend the meeting so that the loan process can be completed by the time GHMC issues stamped plans. The Managing Committee is making all-out efforts to cover the time lost and complete the project as per schedule.
Members are further informed that as per the latest RBI guidelines, the purchaser of Flat/House have to bring in 20% of the Flat cost, while 80% will be the loan component. However, in our case, the Society has collected only 15% of the Flat cost at the time of Booking. Hence members are required to remit the balance 5% in order to become eligible to apply for loans.
A comparative table is given below for computation of outstanding balances of 5% for the convenience of members.
