GHMC Buildings Committee Cleared AG Office Coop Housing Apartment Venture




                                                                                                                                                 
NOTICE
The Managing Committee is happy to inform the members that the Buildings Committee of GHMC has approved our plans in respect of 14th Venture of our Society floated at Attapur.  Meanwhile work has been commenced on the site.  The Society has also held discussion with the Bankers for processing of loans.  As part of this effort, a meeting of the Members and Bankers (SBH) is arranged on 18-04-2012 at 6.00 pm in the Office at the Open air auditorium.  Members are therefore requested to make it convenient to attend the meeting so that the loan process can be completed by the time GHMC issues stamped plans.  The Managing Committee is making all-out efforts to cover the time lost and complete the project as per schedule.
Members are further informed that as per the latest RBI guidelines, the purchaser of Flat/House have to bring in 20% of the Flat cost, while 80% will be the loan component. However, in our case, the Society has collected only 15% of the Flat cost at the time of Booking. Hence members are required to remit the balance 5% in order to become eligible to apply for loans.
A comparative table is given below for computation of outstanding balances of 5% for the convenience of members.

Meeting of 14th Venture Members with SBH Officials

It is proposed to conduct a meeting of  the Society members and  State Bank of Hyderabad officials who were allotted flats in the in the 14 venture of the AG’ s Office Co-operative Housing Society Limited on 18-04-2012 at 6.00 PM in the Open-air Auditorium. The purpose of the meeting is to enlighten the members about the loan process

2.      PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOGRAPHS OF BORROWER /CO-BORROWER.
3.      SALARY CERTIFICATE AS ON A RECENT DATE WITH DEDUCTIONS FOR BORROWER AND CO-BORROWER.
4.      FORM 16(FOR EMPLOYEES) AND TAX RETURN COPY (SARAL 2D) (FOR SELF EMPLOYED/PROFESSIONALS, TAX RETURN FOR PAST 3 YEARS), PHOTO COPIES OF IT CHALLANS PAID.
5.      PROOF OF IDENTITIY (PASSPORT /SIGNATURE ATTESTATION BY BANKER/VOTER ID CARD,ANY OTHER ACCEPTABLE PROOF)
6.      PROOF OF RESIDENCE(TELEPHONE BILL/ELECTRICITY BILL/GAS RECEIPT)
7.      COPY OF BANK ACCOUNT STATEMENT FOR THE LAST 6 MONTHS.
8.      ALLOTMENT OF THE FLAT/HOUSE/AGREEMENT FOR SALE/AGREEMENT OF COMPLETION /CONSTRUCTION.
9.      RECEIPTS FOR PAYMENTS IF ALREADY MADE.
10.  HOME LOAN WOULD BE COVERED UNDER SBI LIFE (OPTIONAL).
